Yaw. Greetings from the Great Bear Rainforest, on the unceded territory of the Nuxalk people. My name is Sarah Stroh. I’m a physiotherapist, intuitive guide, mother of two young boys, former college athlete, and lover of the natural world. I help people return home to their bodies, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and release what no longer serves. With over 14 years of formal experience in therapeutic work, beginning with joint degrees in psychology and kinesiology and a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, I’ve witnessed time and again how profound transformation happens when we are seen, supported and guided in the ways we each uniquely need. My work bridges the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic dimensions of healing. Everything I offer is tailored to the needs and intentions of the unique person in front of me. I meet each person exactly where they are, offering a deeply personalized approach that weaves together trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, bodywork, energy healing, and intuitively channeled insight. My role is to create a safe and attuned space where you can meet parts of yourself that once felt too overwhelming or painful to acknowledge. Together, we slow down and drop in. We listen to the intelligence of your body, your breath, your patterns, and your energy. I address what is manifesting physically, while sensing the unseen energetic currents that are contributing to the symptom or condition. I help you hear what’s been waiting to be heard, and support you in offering it what it truly needs now. My aim is to give you the tools, knowledge, and embodied experiences that help you create a more empowered way of being. My practice is ever-evolving—guided by deep listening, study, lived experience, and the land I walk upon. This isn’t just a profession for me—it’s a path of endless curiosity and passionate devotion. Healing Arts
Healing Arts is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that supports the harmonizing of body, mind, and spirit. Working together with your body’s deep energetic intelligence, we uncover and heal the energetic roots of dysfunction, pain, illness or injury to create true and lasting transformation.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is the science of restoring movement, function, and ease in the body. My specific area of speciality is trauma informed and nervous system-based approaches to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction within the body. The primary modality I work with is called Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE©). Other offerings include movement practices like pilates, yoga and general exercise prescription, as well as limited acupuncture and hands on work.

Nature-based Therapy
Nature therapy is a guided practice of immersing oneself in a forest or natural environment in an intentional, and sensory-based way to promote healing, relaxation, and connection. Working in collaboration with the natural world, we bring in additional (non-human) allies to support you on your healing journey.
